In 1998, Xavi Ginesta founded Voxel, a leading travel payments company recognized for its workplace culture. Guided by his commitment to consciousness—which led him to serve as President of Conscious Capitalism Spain and co-found The Festival of Consciousness—he sold the company in 2024 to dedicate himself fully to his purpose through the Humanitas Foundation.
